Choose Your Quality. Depending upon your connection not all choices are optimal for you.

LOW is a Low Quality (56k) stream.
This would be used for a basic dial-up connection.

MED is a Medium Quality (225k) stream.
This would be used for a lower quality DSL or Cable connection.

HIGH is a High Quality (512k) stream.
This is a middle of the road DSL or Cable connection.

SD is a Standard Definition (2048k) stream.
This is more of an industry standard speed, most people with a DSL or Cable connection can use this link.

HQ is a High Quality (4000k) stream.
This is our highest quality for Standard DVD material. You will need a high speed connection to use this link.

HD is a High Definition (6000k) stream.
This is our highest quality available we only use this for HD quality material. This is the best of the best. You will need an extremely high speed connection to use this link.
